Linda has become involved in local issues, speaking at Common Council meetings and bringing neighbors together to discuss common interests for the area. She believes that success is driven by a variety of factors and by incorporating different viewpoints, it can lead to results that benefit the entire community. She is committed to finding sensible solutions that will allow for the development of Franklin while preserving its rural charm.

 

As a candidate for District 5, Linda is eager to work together with the community and continue building pride in Franklin as a place we all call home.

Linda has been a resident of Franklin since 2000. Though she grew up in Oak Creek, she attended St. Paul’s Lutheran Grade School on 51st Street just North of Rawson. She has resided in the Franklin and Oak Creek area for her entire life.

 

Following high school, Linda launched her career as a Sales and Service Representative at a catalog-based company specializing in computer hardware, software, and office supplies. Throughout her employment, Linda has held diverse roles, acquiring valuable leadership and organizational skills across a multitude of fields.​ Her dedication and hard work earned her several promotions which advanced her to various positions with other companies.

In 1985, Linda married and later became a stay-at-home Mom to two children. She re-entered the workforce as the School Secretary at St. Paul’s in Franklin, where she worked until 1999. Her career continued with positions in retail at Miller Park, as well as the Assistant Manager at Crystal Ridge Ski and Snowboard Area. Eventually, Linda became the Financial Secretary at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Oak Creek and then transitioned into the role as Administrator.

 

Linda took a break from her professional life to care for her mother, who passed away in 2018. Now she describes herself as the "director of home operations”. Currently, Linda is a member at Victory of the Lamb in Franklin.
